Curtis Zaleski has been a partner at Zaleski Law Firm P.C. since 1996. He was born in Erie Pennsylvania in 1963 and educated there. He graduated from Penn State University in 1985 receiving a B.S. in accounting. Curtis was the owner and operator of a local Erie restaurant and he also owned a local Insurance Agency. In 1995 he graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School Cum Laude. Curt received the American Juris Prudence Award for advocacy, and the Metros Scholarship displaying excellence in clinical studies while attending law school. He has furthered his post graduate legal education and has been certified by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Probate Estate Planning. He was elected and has served as the President of the Shiawassee County Bar Association.

Curtis has had hundreds of positive rulings for clients and families. He and his family live in Owosso, Michigan. Curtis attends Church in Owosso. He and his wife Stacie have been married for 32 years and have three adult children.

Robert Ashley retired and former senior partner of Ashley & Zaleski P.C. was born in Grand Rapids Michigan. He was educated in the Lansing Michigan public school system. He graduated from Michigan State University with high honors in 1975. He has a B.A. in political science. Robert graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1978 Cum Laude. He served on the Law Review during his time in law school. Robert furthered his legal education in 2002 and has been certified as a domestic relations mediator by the Meditation Training and Consultation Institute in Ann Arbor Michigan. After 40 years in August of 2019 Robert retired from private practice. Robert was a veteran attorney in the court system. His legal experience in criminal defense, divorce and family law, domestic relations, mediation and drunk driving defense made his representation highly valued by thousands of clients. He was an aggressive, highly skilled courtroom attorney that earned the respect of judges, prosecutors and fellow attorneys. Robert established a high value ethics when dealing with clients and in the court system that would guide this law firm over his 40 years and into the future.
